A huge reason why we’re all a part of City Life is because we want to be in community with people and grow deep relationships, which is hard to do in a time where physically meeting at "Harry Hill" is not an option. We are passionate about City Life Homes, because it brings everything we believe together - we truly are better together. We want people to experience community in a way they never have before during this time!

City Life Homes are bringing our onscreen services to your living room and creating community in your home. We’re encouraging groups of 10 or less to come together and watch the 10AM or 11:30AM service in one of our host homes!

FAQ

As a host, do I need to require people to wear masks?


City Life is recommending everyone to wear a mask and abide by social distancing guidelines while they’re attending City Life Homes. It is the job of the host to set the environment that they feel safe and/or comfortable with when it comes to social distancing.




What happens if I am exposed to someone who has Covid or begin experiencing symptoms?


As an attendee, notify your host home, and please refrain from attending for 2 weeks. As a host, let your City Life point of contact know, as well as notifying your attendees, and refrain from hosting for 2 weeks.




As a host, how will City Life support me?


  • You will be given a host contact that will be your go to person when it comes to anything you need from City Life (i.e. questions, supplies, communication, etc.)
  • City Life will provide a training session prior to launching City Life Homes to help answer all your questions and create clarity for what is expected
  • We also will be provide a few key supplies when it comes to keeping your home safe/clean to start the process




What is expected of me as an attendee?


We want you to experience community during this time. We encourage you to come as you are and stay in contact with your host leader! A couple guidelines we encourage are:

  • If you or anyone in your household have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19, communicate it to your host leader and stay home.
  • If you or anyone in your household have been exposed to COVID-19, communicate it to your host leader and stay home.
  • By coming to City Life Homes, you are communicating to the host leader that you have not experienced any symptoms and/or have not been exposed to COVID-19.




What is the difference between City Life Homes and City Life Groups?


City Life Homes is an extension of our online service, by inviting people to attend a service, in community with others. City Life Groups happen all throughout the week, and are an additional touchpoint to connect with others in community. While some groups will discuss the Sunday service, other groups are topic/interest based.
